She has a strong finance background with a Master's degree in Finance and Economy from the Breslau University of Economics and Business. In her 10 years corporate finance career, she has been working for market leaders such as HP, Abbott and ERT and leading many international teams in Western Europe, Africa, and Middle East countries. As a leader, she has successfully accomplished her projects, mainly related to product and market development.

From a very young age, she was having contact with the international environment, hence it was very natural to build her professional carrier from a broad perspective. Working with different cultures is inspiring for Kornelia, and has been living and working in Germany for the last 5 years.

Most recently she is an author and global speaker. At the same time she got involved as a startup advisor. After launching the course her next step is to launch a book about how to sustain effective communication with international business and leadership.

A new recent journey has taken her to be the Global Woman Director of Frankfurt. In this role, she is using her international experience to support and empower women locally to achieve their goals and help them to be recognized globally. Kornelia's strongest skill is being intrigued with the unique qualities of each person.
